The Whole30® is our original nutritional program designed to change your life in 30 days. Think of it as a short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system. (http://whole30.com) 

I embarked on my first Whole30 September, 2013. Since then, my relationship with food has never been the same. The Whole30 provided not just a sustainable template for me to follow for the rest of my life, but has allowed me to find so much freedom in my eating choices, as well as wholeness in more areas of my life than just food. I can now enjoy food the way it was supposed to be, while learning to become a more confident woman, wife and mentor. It spiked my passion to help others find "wholeness" through discovering that they are worth investing time into their health, which overflows into every area of our lives. It takes intentionality, and we all deserve to pay close attention to ourselves to discover who we are and who we were made to be. The whole30 connected me more to myself and to my spirituality, and I know it will do the same for you.

I am so happy to announce that I am now a Whole30 Certified Coach, and would love the opportunity to work with you, share stories together and watch your life transform. I have accomplished many Whole30's myself, and have acquired various skills that I would love to be able to share with my clients, as well as accountability and support! I can help guide you through the Whole30 as it is written, as well as coach you through reintroduction, what life looks like after the Whole30 and, my personal favorite, learning what food freedom means to you! 

As a Certified Coach I offer: 

  • One on One coaching (various packages tailored for individuals needs): In person (on a limited basis) and through Skype/FaceTime/ Phone call

  • Group style coaching: Offered quarterly

  • Lead groups through The Whole30 & Plan Whole30 workshops

You also have the opportunity to partner with my nonprofit program called TAP Health Initiative, to sponsor a low income family of various sizes. There are different types of sponsorships you can choose:

  • Whole30 Coaching for one family (more than one family can be sponsored if chosen)

  • Whole30 Coaching + Grocery shopping trip & guidance (meal plan, eating healthy on a budget etc.)

    • Options for family of 3, 5 & 7

    • Trip could include 2, 3 or 4 weeks of food

  • Whole30 Coaching + Grocery shopping trip & guidance + Cook a meal together in the sponsored families home or your personal home

“Throughout the time it took for me to find my wholeness, I also found that I was worth it, and I knew that so many other people were worth investing in too. That’s when I decided to take what I knew and give it away. That’s when I invited my neighbors to come to the table.”

One of my absolute favorite things to do at TAP Health Initiative, is to come together as a community, cook together, share our story together and share an amazing and nutritious meal around the table. I can't tell you enough the amazing things that happen when you take the time to bless other individuals and families, and I invite you in on this blessing through our sponsorship program.
