What is Nutritional Therapy?
I don’t think that I am the only one who is tired of mainstream dieting fads and never feeling satisfied after a “nutrition challenge.” I also don’t think I am the only one that has felt completely disconnected from their own body and not able to really understand what my own personal needs were. I wanted to find the optimal nutrition template for my body and what would properly fuel my body so I could not only perform well, but just have enough energy to get my every day tasks done. I didn’t want my mind to be so consumed with what I should have on my plate but I wanted to be able to just listen to my body and eat the way it was telling me to without the interruption of cravings and the inability to resist them.
Nutritional Therapy helps you unlock your own bio individual needs and helps you find healing, both physically and mentally, in the process. Nutritional Therapy is a food first, evidence based approach that helps people tap back into their own innate ability to recognize signals that lead us to better food and lifestyle choices.
